“Paddling my canoe across a secluded lake brings me serenity and simply, a feeling of happiness. Growing up in Ontario I spent many summers escaping the bustle of the city to enjoy camping with my family, the many benefits of Summer Camp, cottaging, and canoe tripping. Perhaps that is why my favourite art studio is my canoe! We are fortunate in Ontario to have so many natural spaces that offer us opportunity to immerse ourselves within them and to experience the rejuvenating qualities of nature.”
